1. Movie: Saw multiple good movies this week: Climax, Sky High, All About Lily Chou Chou, and Brazil. All were great in their own way. Climax was probably the most upsetting movie I have ever seen, Lane recommended it to the group and spent half of the movie freaking out in her room it was hilarious. Afterwards, Sannah made us a mocktail which was delicious but I was scared it had been laced- due to the movie not Sannah’s trustworthiness. Sky High was our palette cleanser which I realized half way through I had never seen. That is an awesome movie, especially naming a character Warren Peace. I saw All About Lily Chou Chou on sunday morning and the girl a seat over from me was one her phone 50% of the movie. I would’ve said something but there were people right next to her and I felt like it was their duty. She honestly wasn’t being that disruptive, it just made no sense to me. Why would you go to the movies to go on your phone? You paid 18 dollars to sit in Metrograph’s uncomfortable seats, why would you not rather just be on your couch, I cannot understand these people. Then I saw the director’s cut of Brazil at Film Forum. The director’s cut was too long, and film forum messed up the aspect ratio for half of the movie, but it was super good so none of it really mattered. 
2. Song: Sweet Adeline, I am currently reading a book on the Kennedys and this song is constantly being referred to, sung at celebrations etc, and I have since fallen in love with it.
3. Experience: Being lazy. I have been so lazy this week, and I am trying to enjoy myself within it. I’ve been buying Dunkin and going on my phone. Summer has dragged on too long and I need the chill in the air to bring me back to life. I know things are about to get horribly busy, so I am enjoying the time to slack off. But it never puts me at my best.
